The FIFA Futsal World Cup Lithuania 2021™ draw, held at present on the Home of FIFA in Zurich, revealed the destiny of the 24 collaborating nationwide groups. Hosts Lithuania had been drawn into Group A and can play the opening match of the event at Kaunas Arena in opposition to fellow debutants Venezuela on 12 September.

Defending champions Argentina had been drawn into Group F and can start their marketing campaign in opposition to USA in Vilnius, whereas report 5-time champions Brazil kick off their bid to win a primary crown since 2012 in opposition to Vietnam in Klaipėda in Group D.

From the opposite European groups, two-time champions Spain will try to deliver again the title to Europe for the primary time since 2004. They had been drawn in Group E and can play their first match in Klaipėda in opposition to Paraguay. Portugal will make their debut in opposition to Thailand and the Football Union of Russia will play Egypt in their first match.

The draw was performed by Jaime Yarza, FIFA Director of Tournaments, assisted by two FIFA Legends: Kike, two-time Futsal World Cup™ champion with Spain in 2004 and 2008, and Edgaras Jankauskas, the primary Lithuanian footballer to win the UEFA Champions League with Porto in 2004.

The FIFA Futsal World Cup Lithuania 2021™ will kick off in Kaunas, Vilnius and Klaipėda on 12 September with the ultimate set to be performed at Kaunas Arena on 3 October 2021.
